all these enzymes only work in the stomach basically except the

pancreatic ones with a special protective coating

you can tip candex and no fenol directly into the mouth from capsules,

the only reason i don't is to give them a bit of extra protection

from the digestive effect of syliva but maybe it doesn't matter

the reason i use hn zyme and pep outside of the capsules is that they

have proteases in them and they lose some potency in the stomach as

enzymes are proteins themselves and self digest to some extent when

they are held together for a while in the capsules as the capusles

dissolve

no fenol and candex not having any proteases in don't self digest

so in or out of a capsule for no fenol and candex is probably fine

Thank you , that is all very good to know someone's experience from both

swallowing and sprinkling. Also good to know, from default, I have been taking

the proteases correctly. :P

Thanks!
