Guest guest
Hi, I should also have told you that the blood type food lists don't just tell you what to avoid. There are lists of " highly beneficial " and " neutral " foods, too. Of course, you have to screen out the SCD-illegal foods on these lists, any foods you know cause allergic reactions, etc. But when I get to feeling like " We need something new and interesting to eat around here! " I " go shopping " in the blood type food lists. We have added so many good foods to our family diet, and so many different ways of cooking things, and so many different combinations of foods in new recipes -- thanks to SCD and blood type diet!
