Now I only discovered this after I spent over $ 60.00 on other protein and whey stanky tasting yucky stuff. The stuff comes in singel serving packets and cans so I was happy to try the single servings at $ 1.39 each. The brand is Natures Plus Spiru-tein high protein energy meal. It is mixed with 2%milk or skim or water. I only make a half pack at a time and mix with 2% milk in blender with two pieces of ice. it's thick and creamy. It comes in Chocolate (which i've had ) peanut butter chocolate,strawberry,Banana and banana orange cream. Hope you all like as much as I do.
