Dear Colleagues

You may want to check this online resource on pesticide education for

farmworkers. As usual if the link does not work, just cut and paste

appropriately and it should work. If not feel free to contact me.

In collaboration with the Hispanic Radio Network, SRF (Self Reliance Foundation

- Acceso Hispano) has produced a series of capsules featured on Planeta Azul

designed to educate farm workers and the general public about pesticide safety

and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Worker Protection Standard (WPS.)

SRF recently completed an educational campaign about Pesticide Risk Education

for farmworkers with the support of the US Environmental Protection Agency. You

can read about this project and listen to the associated Spanish language radio

capsules by clicking http://www.selfreliancefoundation.org/pesticides.htm .

ito,

Happy New Year! I hope this new year brings wonderful things to you and your

family.

Thanks for this pesticide resource.

Did you get my email over the holidays with information about possible keynotes

from Univision? Just checking to know if I can check this off my list. What

are the next steps for the planning committee? Are you dumping us?

Hope to hear from you soon.
