Guest guest Posted April 1, 2006 Report Share Posted April 1, 2006 Listmates, I noticed as I cooked up some frozen peas, that the ingredients were " peas, salt " . I thought of the salted peanut butter and tomato juice that I buy. How do we know these companies don't use a Morton- type salt that has gluten? I tend to agree with Carol that calling companies is stressful and exhausting and you're still left wondering if the company itself really knows what's in each of its ingredients. Right now, I'm thinking of switching to the unsalted forms of these 3 products. But I am not looking forward to adding my own salt to the peanut butter!
