Skins on SCD cooked Lima Beans

Guys,

Wanted to try the mock potatoe made from mashed lima beans. Does

anybody know the secret of getting rid of those tough skins? Or do I

just drive my self nuts picking them out? Or do some of you just mash

them skins and all. Wanted to remove them for KIKI to aid in

digestion.
