secretin endoscopic ultrasound

Hi all - does anyone know what a secretin endoscopic ultrasound is? My doctor

at Virginia Mason called me and said that since I'm still having pain after my

endoscopic sphincterotomy(finally found out what I they did last time!) I should

get one of those. He said I could get it here in Spokane or he would be happy

to do it over there in Seattle at Virginia Mason. He's chief of the gastro

dept. there. He said it's to look for " ongoing blockage " and that he may have

to put a stent in which he didn't do last time, or " discuss the possibility of

surgery " . I didn't get a chance to ask him about it because he left the message

on my voice mail. He's really hard to reach. Anyway, if this sounds familiar

to someone I'd appreciate hearing about it. I'm still sort of new to the whole

thing. Thanks! Anita
