I know you are being pulled in many directions. We must seem selfish

with our personal concerns. And I also know you have everyones best

interest in mind. I will be self-pay. Please, please, please don't

increase you rates or stop the 20% discount. I am not rich....but I

want this surgery. I can't pass the cost on to my insurance. Please

consider your clients who must pay out of pocket also.

I have sent in my online form. I have my mammogram, pap smear, blood

test, physical, and will pick up my PCP's " letter of support " on

Monday. I planned to send in my package on Monday also. I am

waiting on a surgery date to get my EKG. I have been to a clinic to

observe. I hoped to go to the clinic and see you the day before

surgery. Hoping for an August date.
