Will they let me know?

Hello everyone,

I sent in my internet form today. I had to wait for my new insurance

to go into effect. Monday I was totally freaking out because I had

been gone all weekend and came home tothe talk about cutoff dates

etc...

I had been working on my packet, but hadn't submitted my form because

of the insurance. Let me tell you, I was thrown for a loop! So, I

called Debbie at Dr. R's office and she said that he was still

accepting patients. She actually said it would be stupid to stop

taking patients. Then she said they were thinking about not taking

insurance anymore, but that wouldn't start for probably a year or

so. Whew! Anyway, I was wondering if they will let me know that

they received my internet form. Will they email me or call me or

something? I'm getting closer and closer and I don't want anything

to mess it up for me. Saw my PCP yesterday and she's ok with the

idea and helping me with the supporting documentation. Anybody that

can answere my question about the internet form ...please do, I must

know that they got it so I can exhale.
