Guest guest Posted May 24, 2006 Report Share Posted May 24, 2006 Hi Everyone I am a bit of a novice in the kitchen but everytime I make anything with Almond flour ( muffins, bread, crackers) they come out rough coarse and gritty and my son hates them. I haven't tried any other flours as yet but is it possible to make almond flour soft and fine like illegal flours? Does anyone have any helpful hints?
