Guest guest
What brand of Vitamin B nasal spray are you using? And what kind of enzymes? Are there any other supplements, besides the ones you mention here, that you're taking? I'm asking, not just because of the " female issues " but also because you're healing so well Dear Kayal, We are using prescription " Nascobal Nasal Gel By QOL " and also prescription enzymes CREON 5 (KiKi) and CREON 10 (me). Creon come in capsules that we also open and give with apple sauce (tiny little micro balls that don't always go down so easy), but works WELL! We alternate the enzymes with ones that you can buy without prescription. At this time using " Enzymedica " but make sure not to buy the ones with bificus. I like the " Lypo " since KIKI and I had " steatorhea " when you can't digest fat (among other things!) and it gets into your feces...it is a mix of several other helpful enzymes also not just the one for fat. This one and the one with Lactase (for breast feeding her human milk), I know are SCD safe but they are little strong. So we open capsules and only use only 1/4 to 1/3 for a person a small as 24 pound KiKi. I am planning on trying the ones that Elaine and Jody promote. Will look into these LEGAL ENZYMES next, because I am not all that happy with messing with these capsules and they are very expensive! Houston Nutraceuticals, Inc. Peptizyde No Fenol H N-Zyme Prime Kirkman Labs DPP IV Forte EnZymAid Enzym-Complete/DPP Multi-Enzyme Formula Peptidase Complete Phenol Assist Digest Gold by Enzymedica Ultra-zyme Plus by Thorp Nutrition Vitase Digestion Formula Also, Some vitamin stores sell vitamin B12 nasal sprays and gels...may not need prescription. Also if needed your physician can give B12 injections...or give you a prescription so you can do them at home. Hope this helps. Again, we do not do cheese yet, or nuts yet...we jump and always pay for it....taking our time to heal...still just eating the goat yogurt as " medicine " just a little bit a day for probiotics. Eating all sorts of other things, but mostly have to cook all vegetable and fruits still to tolerate them. I am hopeful that the use of enzymes is going to be short lived.... KiKi is taking the longest because I keep " jumping " with her into to advanced foods that cause her set backs...diarrhea gone again with revisit to intro...will take it much slower and looking into buying No Fenol or Phelo Assist...problems with high phenol foods still. Sincerely, Antoinette (day 33 entire family SCD and healing)
