Guest guest Posted December 20, 2003 Report Share Posted December 20, 2003 hey joan. you're quite right. i read somewhere that the greatest enemy for wls'ers is complacency. it's paramount not to rest on our w l laurels. one of the (very many) things that keeps me centered is my fabulous confidante confessor personal trainer extraordinaire!! w/out her, i don't wanna know where i'd be!! lori h. 19 grateful months post-op > etting it off is one thing, but keeping it off is another. I've > been through this before with a liquid diet, and have been trying to get all > the info I can regarding keeping it off.
