What's for breakfast?

I've been rotating banana fritters, midas gold pancakes and scrambled

eggs. They won't eat omelets. My kids are so bored. They don't like

baked goods (never have - texture issues) so muffins and banana breads

are not options for them. If they eat any more fruit they're going to

explode.

Does anybody have a great breakfast option? I'm thinking of making

the homemade pork sausage recipe, but beyond that I'm stumped.
