Sam would eat bread, mac & cheese, yogurt, cheese, and crackers. I really thought he would starve when he first started the diet, but he finally decided that he was hungry. It sounds as though your son is going through withdrawal; hopefully it will be short! Hang in there. It's worth it.
Guest guest
Rice Dream has gluten, McDs fries have corn oil, and your son may have a problem with phenols. I sometimes slip with phenols and I gave my daughter a banana yesterday - not good. Like a DumbA, when she came in the room in the wee hours of the morning wanting breakfast, I said " Go have a banana " and she did. I'll be in for it today too. She wore herself out so bad yesterday that she fell asleep really early and woke up before 5 and I just wasn't ready to face the day. That should teach me. We were going to go see a movie today, but I think I will save my money because after a banana she will get us kicked out of the theater. You guys would probably believe the hyper fuss a four year old can make in a theater, but most movie goers would like to see us crucified. Sorry for the ramble, > Hi, my name is Angie Weeks, I am new to this group.
