Guest guest
I have had chronic pancreatitis for a few years now and can't get any doctor to do anything for me. All they say is when the pain is so unbearable that I can't stand it to page them and they'll admit me to the hospital or just come into the Emergency Room. Ironically I work in the Emergency Room as the Secretary to the Attending/Resident physicians. They aren't any help either. It's like they think I'm doing this to myself or something. I'm not an alcoholic, but I am a diabetic. It's getting harder and harder to go to work everyday, between the pain and the nausea. I just got out of the hospital last night and I'm working today. I feel terrible and it's hard to work when taking pain killers. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thanks, Denice
