For a simple, creamy dressing I add some SCD legal Dijon mustard and a

little honey to SCD mayo, which can be made with lemon juice rather than

vinegar. It tastes pretty good if you like that sort of dressing. It's

also good for dipping grilled chicken pieces or chicken nuggets. Sorry no

measurements, I just estimate, with mayo being the primary ingredient.

My husband and I are doing ok (no symptoms as long as no vinegar) with our

raw spinach salads with cooked pieces of fruit in them....very tasty,

(nothing else raw yet, every thing still steamed or boiled).

The kids still eat everything cooked (accept for four year old that seems to

be OK with sliced and peeled apples). Nothing raw yet for one year olds.

For us adults, I was trying to stay as simple as possible with the

dressing...this is why vinegar problem is upsetting. Should I try apple

vinegar...does this have sulfites in it?????

You see we are all at different stages.....it is tons of fun keeping track

of everyone! Thanks for all you advice...you are a sweetie to help us all

like this!
