Thanks for clearing up your " ASBS Board " status. I am concerned with

your message in that a fellow Attorney took the liberty to pass off

his own opinion and observations as " facts " . While we feel free to

post almost anything on this " onelist " , we must remember it is a

public forum and is not the place to criticize and call into question

a professional's reputation, especially without hard and true

facts. Whatever you have against Dr. R should be kept between you

and Dr. R and between you and your clients.

Your " facts " especially #4 could easily be mis-interpreted in a

libelous sort of way. You have no idea what went on inside Dr. R's

head as he prepared or presented his paper, so don't try to guess and

then put it out for the world to see.
