Guest guest
Hello all, Paige is still growing moderate amount of MRSA, as well as something called Enterobacter Cloacae, which they dont seem to be too worried about. she is eating fine, sleeping well, playing hard, happy as a clam, delightful in every way. She still has a little cough, not much today at all, and sounds rattley in the chest. Even through MUCH CPT she rattles. They are thinking about putting her in the club for IVs. This would be very hard on her, emotionally, as well as physically. From where we sit, she doesnt even look sick....no fever NOTHING. She is wonderful. Just rattley. Can someone please explain the importance of the rattle sound, and why it might mean that she needs ivs, even though otherwise she is fine. I presented this question to THE GREATEST WOMAN ALIVE...her cf specialist as well, but I am waiting for the answer. Also any info on the EC bug would be great. She is sleepign now, and I just listened to her...SHE SOUNDS CLEARRRRRRRR...thank goodness, maybe this will all go away now. She has been on Septra for almost two weeks. I hope the rattle stays gone! Thanks Guys Mom to KM 8 wocf, and Paige 3 wcf, and author of " Juggling Cystic Fibrosis. A Health Journal "
