How soon can you introduce cheese?

How early can you introduce cheese to an ASD kiddo? I've been pouring

over BTVC and I cannot find the answer. Another mom suggested 6

months, but I'm running out of breakfast options fast, and a little

cheddar or yogurt would greatly expand the range of choices.
