Guest guest
Hi Allan, In addition to your applesauce and yogurt, you can try mashed potatos, mashed sweet potatos are good with cinnamon and just a pinch of splenda or your favorite sweetener. Cottage cheese is good with a splash of applesauce or pineapple in it or even a dash of pepper and salt. Vienna sausage is a meaty soft mushy food that goes down easy. One can of that is good for about 5 meals. A poached egg, deviled egg, canned green beans and asparagus are very soft and can mush up nicely in your mouth. Instant oatmeal or cream of wheat is also a good choice for mushy as well as any creamy soup. I hope this helps, > I'm in the puree stage and im getting real tired of yogurts and > applesause..any other suggestions would be great. > > > Allan > post-op > 12-15-03 > --- > Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.551 / Virus Database: 343 - Release Date: 12/11/2003
