Hello Helen and Donna

Thanks for info about Immunocal and imuplus, Helen. I think that

they are not available in the UK but I'll check that again. I took a

look at old posts about kefir. Thank you for your message, Donna -

even if it wasn't welcome news! I was planning to have some kefir

today as a bit of welcome relief from all that chicken and carrot(

after this first phase I am sure I'll never be able to face either

again). Having read what it says about it in the Knowledge Base

where it also refers to S.boulardii, and having read posts here that

say that Elaine decided that S. boulardii was allowable, I wonder

whether in fact that applies to kefir as well.

However I had better be on the safe side I suppose and skip the

kefir for a while. Will now try to find an online retailer who can

deliver me a yoghurt maker fast (housebound so can't just go and buy

one).

I'm looking forward to half a banana tomorrow....Thrills.

Best wishes
