Guest guest
Hello Rajeev, You need to talk to your doctors about this, of course, but the usual advice from doctors is : STRICTLY no alcohol of any sort. Alcohol damages the pancreas even if you don't feel any effects at the time. Low fat diet, No smoking (smoiking is one of the factors that can trigger certain pancreatic complications), Avoid particular foods which you find trigger pain in your case, Small meals through the day rather than three large ones. You may also have been prescribed enzymes (eg. Creon) if the docs feel you are ready for this. They help you to digest your food by replacing the enzymes which the pancreas normally produces.
