Robin, seeing you the last year losing so wonderfully, you would walk into a

room and your face lit up. It was there to see how happy you were. You're

always bubbly, but this was a different type, sort of like a contentment

with yourself. I'm feeling the high now, and it is wonderful. Even if I

feel icky once in awhile, I don't mind. Most of the time is great. And you

said this just prior to your surgery, something like: " I'm going to be in

control, not letting the food control me. " How true! We have to take

responsibility for ourselves. Real empowerment!

I read your post especially from the newbie's I can not help to thank God

I feel Joan excitement I am still on a high ! And look at Dee Dee 32 #'s

I know right now your still a little out of it very NORMAL but soon it

will

be fine. Next year at this time you will be one big smile. Shop slowly

ladies as your size will change often buy smart !!
