Guest guest Posted May 6, 2006 Report Share Posted May 6, 2006 In my quest to get more fermented foods (kim chi, pickles, sauerkraut, yogurt) in my kids, I'm giving them 1-2 t. of apple cider vinegar in water twice a day?... is this ok?... will it help?... I was always afraid of vinegar bfoe SCD, because of yeast... but I'm learning that this fermented food is ok?
