Hi Dr. Bill and Debbie,

Well last night we had a party with about 40 people.......cooked

hamburgers and hotdogs and all the fixin's which included Rotel Cheese Dip. My

meal consisted of one bite of hamburger meat, watermelon and few tortilla chips

with Rotel Cheese Dip and I munched on crushed ice. I got to bed about 1:00

am......about 3:00 am I woke up with

acid reflux!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I have ever had it and I'm almost

six weeks post-op. I downed some Prevacid and Carafate and slept in a sitting

position. My throat is sore today from the acid. I know it was the Rotel that

got to me........it was the last thing I ate......I USED to love Rotel Cheese

but I don't think I will be trying anymore of it for a LONG time. The strange

thing is this was the second time I have eaten it and I did great the first

time....very strange. I just wanted to let you know what my experience has been

with one of our favorites. Not pleasant!!!!!!

Love,

Genz
