Guest guest
I am wanting to put my twins (two years old) on the SCD diet. However, they will only eat three meals/snacks a day (and being two sometimes only one). They just don't eat much over-all which I think is normal for their age. We have been gluten and casein free for about 9 months. I had been using protein powder in their carrot juice drinks to give us extra protein (over half of all the protein they took in) but I can't do that anymore. We can't do dairy or nuts. How in the world can I get the protein they need in them? I counted what they typically get through food--about half of what they need and I think I am going to cry. I have been so desperate I have been trying to figure out how I might be able to grind up beans I have soaked and then dried to add to their drinks! (not doable I guess). Help anyone?? le
