Guest guest
We eat different places, mostly " nice " places like Bennigan's or Chili's or Mexican food ...stuff like that so it's pretty easy for me to get grilled chicken or steak or fajitas and only eat the meat and beans. I don't cheat very often....just the occasional sandwich from Chick Fil A as I said..I do love 's Chili!...though I do LOVE Blue Bunny Carb Smart Ice Cream made with Splenda...though is that considered cheating? I put two scoops in with my protein drinks (on the rare occasion that I drink them) and make a protein milkshake. They are yummy!!! T. Guest guest
Is eating out bad or something? We eat out a couple of times per week usually. But not fast food and I can usually get something that is fine for me to eat. The other night we went for Mexican. I ordered a chicken enchilada (with red sauce instead of the sour cream). When it arrived I opened it up and ate all of the chicken inside and 1 bite of the tortilla. Then I took two bites of hubbys refried beans (he doesn't like them). I was full. But I never was told I shouldn't eat out. Guest guest
My Dr gave me resturuant cards today.. and I am only 3 weeks out. I think the " eating out " means... Micky D's , Burger king.. aka fries... high fat fried foods?? That was my interpretation at least.. Guest guest
, I hope to get where you are some day, being able to take a nibble and be satisfied, but for me I know it won't stop there. I'll take another nibble and another and another. Since we all react differently, if it works for you and satisfies you and your still losing weight, I'd go for it!
