Hello there. I'm gearing up to start the diet and am trying to get a

feel for what our meals might look like the first week. Can anyone give

me guidance on whether or not to use yogurt on the 1st days of the

diet? BTVC recommends it with the dry curd cottage cheese, but using

dairy with ASD seems to be a concern. I have no idea if he has a

sensitivity to dairy as this is our first dietary intervention. If we

do delay yogurt...what in the world do we eat the 1st 3+ days? I am the

furthest thing from a cook...we are junk food junkies...I know that

this is the best thing that we can do and am willing to go the whole

enchilada (without the enchiladas - ha) but I'm nervous about my

ability to pull it off. Words of encouragement would be great, but help

getting through the first week would be even better. Thanks!
