Dear Summer:

I did read 's book but did not do the low and slow method (I think that's

what it is called). I went with 1/2 capsule, then increased. I went too fast.

I am going to try to get the rice bran filler. Thank you so much Summer and

for the info! I will let you know how it goes. My other daughter has a

milk allergy with eczema and nasal congestion. On the enzymes her eczema came

back worst than I think she has ever had it. I'm thinking it too was die off

maybe. I'm going to start over with her again as well - real slow. Thanks
