We live in Florida and recently had living wills drawn as part of a

package of advanced directives. Our lawyer included a long list of

possible conditions with choices for each which we signed off on

individually. They only went into effect if we were unable to

communicate (not just speak)our wishes at the time.

Most hospitals, some senior agencys and/or AARPs have suggestsd

forms. I think the key here is the ability to communicate ones wishes

at the time.
