Guest guest
Actually this is a question that I often wonder about. Many of times I have questioned whether I still should be working and if how long I can do so, and at what point do I need to be honest with myself about having to quit. Right now, I am lucky in that I work alone in a job that I determine what I do, when. On the days that I cannot do anything, I basically just sit curled up in my chair or put my head on my desk. It is more important that I am here everyday, not so much how much work I get done on the days that I am here, if that makes sense. I am also fortunate, by being alone, to be able to give in to my emotions or anti-socialness without anyone knowing or being affected by it. If I need to not see people for fear of letting them see how sick I feel or how much I hurt, I just hide out in my " cave " as I call it. If someone needs me, I can usually summon up energy for the time needed. Coping 101 by Laurie: Hope it helps!
