It will all come back to you. I am wanting to get a treadmill because I am an inside person. A friend of mine wants me to join his gym but it is so expensive. I am a single mother of two. I cant afford the gyms I have checked out. I will figure it out. I am 6 weeks post op. I have lost 38lbs so far. I have been walking alot and lifting some small free weights so my arms stay firm. I think you riding a bike is great! I cant believe your honey picked up the bike first! The mat is a comfort though. I hope you go back out again. (dont worry about the neighbors) Oh Im gonna ride that thing if it winds up being a peice of mangled art in the yard eventually or I wind up in traction, lol. Someone said yesterday not to forget to be excited for the person who loses 5 pounds or even a half a pound and I couldn't agree more!!! Some weeks all I get is a half of a pound and the way I look at it is that is better than gaining a half a pound!!!! I can't wait for the New Year!!! Just think we are all (even the Pre-Ops) are starting a New Year with a New Attitude totally focused on our health and we will be here for a few more years at least than we would have had...had we not taken the plunge with this life saving surgery. We are ALL truly blessed!!! Candi Absoluely Candi! God Bless us all and lets all be thankful for every effort and stride that we have taken to make this work. Give the shoulders when they are needed for those of us when we get down on ourselves and have the pat on the back ready when the giddiness and happiness for doing so well is acknowledged. We are pretty terrific if I must say so myself! TO THE BEST SUPPORT GROUP ON THE WEB...MERRY CHRISTMAS AND GOD BLESS YOU AND THE WONDERFULNESS OF WHO YOU ALL ARE!
