Guest guest
Hi Barb, You may also want to go in to your C: drive, and click on the WINDOWS folder, and then the TEMP or TEMPORARY FILES folder. When some programs back up, they create a duplicate in your temporary files that take up a lot of space. regards, Message: 7 Date: Fri, 11 Oct 2002 19:56:57 -0500 Subject: Computer Guys What do I do to increase the resources on my machine. Do I need more RAM before it crashes. With a big BANGGG or a whimper. It was down to 19% tonight. First time ever. I have removed most of the automatic start up stuff. Removed icons from my monitor. Cleaned out files and cleaned up machine. Any suggestions? Barb [image]
