Guest guest
walking is walking...fast or slow, inside, outside, or Walmart....they say to count going up a flight of stairs or park your car farther away from the entrance to a store, so why not count walking around in the store once you get there, I figure every little bit helps...I might do some other stuff too but walking around anywhere for an hour seems like exercise to me....Keep Shopping and keep walking...may not help, but it can't hurt!!!!!!!!!! Guest guest
I heard somewhere in the news this week, that for exercise you don't count housework. Darn!! It said to do your body good, you need to get your heart rate up and keep it there for awhile. But I still believe that any movement is good for the body, or at least the circulation. Guest guest
Housework counts!! Anything that gets your heart rate going counts as exercise...even sex!
