Guest guest
Hello friends, promises makes guild (belofte maakt schuld) I promised you to keep you updated about Anne's condition. Well, first I want to thank everyone who attributed to Anne's recovery by prayer, thoughts and skills. Anne is out of intensive care since yesterday. Her belly is much better, also is her lung, the drains are out and she only has the central line in. What confused me very much, was that yesterday she hardly recognized me. She didn't bother wether I stayed or left. She also took out the IV on her wrist and the stomach drain and the oxygen herself. Last night and also today she was secured to her bed so she would not also try to disconnect her central line. Today I spent one and an half hour at her bed, but she was again not interested in me. When I asked her something, she just answered with yes or no and then focussed on the television again. According to the doctors this could be caused by the epileptic attacks and the antibiotics for that. The reason why this status is so long could be because of the other medications she got. The initial epileptic attacks could be occurred while she had food again since three weeks. For now I'm happy she is recovering, but also confused to see this weird gal who does not seem to know me. Is she blaming me having her tied down to the bed? Timo
