Guest guest
I did a bit of research about low blood pressure, if that's what is causing my extreme light-headedness. I found 2 good sights that had the same information. As to what contributes to low blood pressure...list is long....but the one that jumped out at me was dehydration. I'm guilty the last few days of not getting enough water, so am starting with a huge glass right now. My blood pressure last week at the doctor's was 120/70, but he warned me to watch light-headedness as a sign of it getting too low as I lose weight, necessitating a lowering of the blood pressure medication dose. Joan Thanks Joan. I try to drink all day long but if its not dehydration then I am gonna lean toward checking into the blood pressure medicine. Thanks again.
