Guest guest
Wolfie and Candi, congrats on the newest of your losses!!! Finally today I'm envious. I've been at a plateau for awhile, not sure how long, but today I felt it. Just have to remember that it's a plus that I haven't gained any weight back. I really need to get more exercise, been slacking off lately. Today I get to see my granddaughter, so I'll be running after her. Can't wait for 6 weeks so I can lift her again! Guest guest
Hey ladies! Mine starts and stops too... though I took Wolfie's advice on upping the protein and water and have lost 2 pounds since Monday.. that's the 1st time the scale has moved in almost a month.. Maybe it was just waiting til Christmas when it could give me my own little present! I had that same thing happen yesterday! I went out to Old Navy and got a sweater cause a dear friend gave me a gift card for Christmas and I got lots of hugs, and " Dang, you look incredible! " It was THE best feeling ever!! Guest guest
Thanks Mandy, I looked back and it was only 5 days of not losing, so really not too bad, but looking at my schedule the last week, not only did I slack off on water, but food too. So I'm going to eat properly today and down the water. I've heard so many on here say that helps, so I'm ready to try it. I " sneaked " a teeny, teeny bite of gourmet Baklava yesterday, and what a MISTAKE!!!!! All I wanted was more of it. I knew better, but my head hunger got in the way. Luckily there are only 2 pieces left, and the guys will finish it tonight and it won't be calling my name! Guest guest
Candi, at least sharing, we're learning. I was so glad to hear someone else in this great big world had the sweet compulsion. And I really hate to say it, but I don't have any Doritos, but I think I can taste them. I guess each time we turn something down like that, we become stronger.\ \ Joan LAP RNY 11/18/03 Dr. Higa, Fresno, CA 282pre-op/275surg/242/140 Re: Good things must come in threes...
