Wolfie and Candi, congrats on the newest of your losses!!! Finally today

I'm envious. I've been at a plateau for awhile, not sure how long, but

today I felt it. Just have to remember that it's a plus that I haven't

gained any weight back. I really need to get more exercise, been slacking

off lately. Today I get to see my granddaughter, so I'll be running after

her. Can't wait for 6 weeks so I can lift her again!

Noted that you were stuck for a while .. it happens .. but I bet you lose

As for me, my vacation and Christmas behind me now, ... it's nose to the

grind-stone time. Yes I've been a smidgen " bad " as my weight gain indicates.

No prob. A few days in the " back to basics " arena........ Protein, Water,

Exercise !!!... and I'll be moving in the right direction again too...

It's a bummer isn't it? Mine starts and stops as well Wolfie. Oh well I

know I am losing inches even though I never measured myself. My daughter

came up to me on Christmas Eve and said " Man you have a small waist!! " .

Hey ladies!

Mine starts and stops too... though I took Wolfie's advice on upping

the protein and water and have lost 2 pounds since Monday.. that's

the 1st time the scale has moved in almost a month.. Maybe it was

just waiting til Christmas when it could give me my own little

present!

I had that same thing happen yesterday! I went out to Old Navy and

got a sweater cause a dear friend gave me a gift card for Christmas

and I got lots of hugs, and " Dang, you look incredible! " It was THE

best feeling ever!! Makes me feel not so bad about turning 30 in a

couple weeks.. LOL!

Candi,

I just don't feel that eating four baked doritoes was a bad thing at

all. It could serve as a snack. I wouldn't want to eat them all the time but I

really don't see the harm. If we don't treat ourselves some of the time to a

Thanks Mandy, I looked back and it was only 5 days of not losing, so really

not too bad, but looking at my schedule the last week, not only did I slack

off on water, but food too. So I'm going to eat properly today and down the

water. I've heard so many on here say that helps, so I'm ready to try it.

I " sneaked " a teeny, teeny bite of gourmet Baklava yesterday, and what a

MISTAKE!!!!! All I wanted was more of it. I knew better, but my head

hunger got in the way. Luckily there are only 2 pieces left, and the guys

will finish it tonight and it won't be calling my name!

Candi, at least sharing, we're learning. I was so glad to hear someone else

in this great big world had the sweet compulsion. And I really hate to say

it, but I don't have any Doritos, but I think I can taste them. I guess

each time we turn something down like that, we become stronger.\
