RE: Brand of Sugar Free Cocoa???

The sugar free cocoa I got was Swiss Miss. But it says no sugar added. I

does show 7 gms sugar, which surprised me. If there is another brand with

less, I'd like to know. For me 7gm is no problem, but I didn't realize it

had sugar until I drank it. It was heavenly, but I definitely need to be a

better package reader.

Mine is Carnation I went and looked. It was a box my nutritionist gave me.

She said it was a sample box she got in the mail and it is sweetened with

Spenda. Maybe it's a new product and not on the market yet? It had 20

find the Carnation cocoa. Swiss Miss has 10g carbs.

You know I looked for it where I shop and they didn't have it. But I shop

at the commissary on base and sometimes they don't have new things so I

didn't think anything of it. But since I got it from my nutritionist I am

thinking it might be a sample of a new product they sent to her. I will ask

her next time I see her and find out where she got it from. I am going to

be really bummed if I can't get anymore.

Well it actually says " *less than one gram of carbs if made with water " .

Which is how I made it. I looked for it when I ran up to Walmart today and

they didn't have it.

Try the Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa. It is made with less casrbs. I am not sure

how much, but I remember comparing them both and the diet was better than the

no sugar added.
