Hi Steph,

I use Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner. I started lossing my hair

about a month ago and although I still see some hair loss when I

shower I do not think it is as bad as it would be if I were not using

the shampoo. It is alittle pricey but it is guaranteed from what the

beautician told me. I found mine at the hair cutting place inside

Walmart but think you can probably get it at any salon.
