Hello all - yet another question:

I've been reading up on some of the posts specific to weight loss /

muscle loss and I'm a bit worried. I've been lifting for 3 years now

and I'm finally really starting to get where I want. I'm a " hard

gainer " (6'1'', 165lbs) and the thought of losing all of my hard

earned muscle on top of everything else I'll have to go through is

killing me.

Do any of you have any good suggestions for keeping the loss to an

absolute minimum? I'm guessing all you can do is try to get your

normal number of good calories (protien shakes, etc) and get physical

as soon as possible.

Thanks for any stories, advice, suggestions, etc.

Thanks
