Guest guest
cocoa does have some caffeine in it.. as does the store bought packages. I drink 1 cup of caffeine coffee every night.. but that is also followed by 8-10 oz of water. I also take Prilosec 2x daily per my surgeon. He said 1 cup a day was okay. Guest guest
I am not sure Joan. I thought it had something to do with coffee being a diuretic and depleting your water?????? But I often get these things mixed up. Candi RE: Re: Make your own SF Hot Cocoa Mine said the same thing Mandy. 1 cup no more. Candi

Guest guest
I guess I spoke too soon. That is what the doctor told me. It can cause ulcers. But if you do drink it you are supposed to increase your daily water intake by at least the same amount right? Candi Re: Re: Make your own SF Hot Cocoa Ulcers! Excessive caffeine can cause ulcers. Since our new " tummys " can be prone to ulcers... less caffeine.
