b.. 1/2 cup Splenda

c.. 1 1/3 cups powdered milk ( I use skim)

Mix everything well, and store in an airtight container. To use, put three to

cocoa does have some caffeine in it.. as does the store bought packages.

I drink 1 cup of caffeine coffee every night.. but that is also followed by 8-10

oz of water.

I also take Prilosec 2x daily per my surgeon.

He said 1 cup a day was okay.

I am not sure Joan. I thought it had something to do with coffee being a

diuretic and depleting your water??????

But I often get these things mixed up.

I guess I spoke too soon. That is what the doctor told me. It can cause

ulcers. But if you do drink it you are supposed to increase your daily

water intake by at least the same amount right?

Ulcers! :)

Excessive caffeine can cause ulcers.

Since our new " tummys " can be prone to ulcers... less caffeine.

(That is why I wash down after words with water)

Mandy, I hadn't heard this, but it's a good reason to stay away from it.

if I'm not mistaken.... coffee is an insuline releaser and I know

regarding

me... that is part of the problem with coffee. I too limit my intake to

once

small cup in the morning.
