Dietary/Nutrition Assessment Scales

I am working with a community needs assessment project in two

semi-rural Oregon counties. We will conduct 30-45 minute face to face

interviews, primarily in Spanish, with a Latino population.

Are you familiar with scales that have been validated in Spanish on

the following topics:

-Dietary acculturation

-Food Purchasing Behavior

-Personal food production (gardening/ranching)

-Nutrition attitudes/behaviors

I appreciate any assistance that members may be able to provide.
