Guest guest
The carb monsters got me this weekend. Yesterday I managed to eat an entire loaf of banana nut bread and then I ate a huge hershey's kiss that was supposed to have been a little gift to a friend I was seeing the next day, but it sat on my table calling my name until i grabbed it and ate it all. Yes, it was huge and yes, i got very sick for about an hour. Going low carb is soooo boring and I do miss buns on my hamburgers and a potato now and then but when I start eating them, it is like I just can't control my eating at all. I wish I were able to just eat normal...just smaller amounts of normal meals, but apparently carbs just set me off. I wonder if there is anybody out there like that also? I would think that eating an entire loaf would indicate a mechanical failure of your surgery. Have you checked that out??
