Guest guest
I am glad that he is better. I am a nurse, and one of my different positions was working with cardiac patients in the ICU. What your doc said about it " just happening sometimes " is true. BUT, it is a good idea to see a specialist and have them monitor it and the medications that your husband can go on. The good news, is that treated properly, it does not impact your husbands life span at all. As for your two pounds, you'll get them back off. I know you will. But isn't it amazing how we have eating in-grained in our very being to the point that we run back to it for comfort when we are stressed. I really would rather be an exercise-aholic then a food one. If I just did an exercise instead of running to food, I would never have needed this surgery in the first place. > Thanks to all that prayed for my husband and sent support > privately. is out of the hospital and back in sinus (sp) > rhythm...but we don't know what caused it. Guest guest
THanks for you encouraging words, Vicki. Means alot coming from a nurse Sheesh, I could not believe that after 2 years of not running to food that at the first real crisis I dash for any kind of comfort food I could find in the hospital cafeteria. How bad is that??? I still remember reading something that went like this: " You have a fatal disease that WILL get you if you do NOT do the right treatment. You are in remission...NOT cured " Truer words were never spoken... Hugs and thanks again, Carol G. > > Thanks to all that prayed for my husband and sent support > > privately. is out of the hospital and back in sinus (sp) > > rhythm...but we don't know what caused it. Guest guest
I'm so glad that your husband is okay. I think you're doing great too. I would consider a 2-lb gain after all you've been through to be a success. You know you can back on track. BarbaraJean Thanks for the support...
