Guest guest
Hello Dee, Even if you're only 5'4 " what you should weigh might be different than someone else that is also the same height. My dr has said that the size of your frame makes a big difference. Someone with a small frame (bone structure) can safely weigh less than someone with a large frame that is the same height. If you read some of the messages on the board you'll notice that some people will be about the same height and weight and yet wear different sizes because of their frame. Me for example have wide hips, my doctor said that I'll lose weight and hopefully get down to between 170 - 180 (I'm 5'10 " ) but with my large bone structure that would be good for me. Whats good for one person doesn't always work for someone else. Good luck Bridget Northam > well i just wanted to update you all on my progress, i am losting it > but it is hard for me to tell though but everyone says i am well i > had my surgery on November 4, 2003 and December 27,2003 i weighted in > at 332 lbs so i guess i am huh? well i was wondering what is the most > anyone lost can anyone tell me....i want to know how much i will lose > well the doc said i would get to 140 but my height is 5'4 so my > weight is to be 121 can someone give me some info????? thanks so > much......Dee > > RNY/Lap/Dr. Bustany > Norfolk Surgral Group > 11/4/03 > 450/332lbs....
