" when one goes to a fitness center and looks at a hundred different stations and equipment. This site: http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html ....let's you find the muscle/groups you're interested in and gives you an VISUAL example of the type set and rep to do accomplish what you want. For those that have been to the gym and gave up after week one....don't do that; it appears (and the above site mentions it) that showing muscle mass is something to look for in about 4 to 6 weeks. Anyway...I thought the site was exception in explaining how the exercises are performe via example on the site.
