These same Carb Monsters can grab a hold of me too. I've proven it too many

times now. If my meals are mostly protein and I'm doing my shakes I am fine,

but if I have even one small bit of simple carbs, like bread, crackers,

popcorn or sweets I cannot stop! It's really awful. I hate that! I seem to

do better with carbs if they are complex carbs like fruit. I really don't

crave those at all. And even if I have some I only have a little, I guess

they just don't call me name like the white stuff does! I think the white

carbs are evil! Very, very evil! I have to stay away from them, or I end up

having to go back to just shakes for a few days to lock up the carb monsters

again. It's a major bummer, but I guess that's why I got up to 320+.
