legs off. Just can't figure out what else to do.

I've lost 28 lbs in almost 8 weeks. I see some people are way ahead

of me!

I think I have an idea on how to up the weight loss. How about

weight training? Muscle burns more calories than fat, right? I know

I'm getting flabby, so it's time for me to start! But remember,

muscle also weighs more than fat, so although the scale may not move

much, you should loose inches. I also just bought a beginners yoga

tape. Is anyone doing yoga? have you notices a difference in muscle

mass/muscle tone?
