I use the ground turkey in hamburgers, meat loaf, chili...just about anything that you can use beef in. It's delicious, low fat, high protein. I handle it great, never have had a problem with it, just have to remember to chew very well. T. I tried the turkey bacon and also tolerate iit very well also. I use the gr turkey in everything that I cook for my family. and my kids love it.
