I eat ground turkey all the time. I love it. I never eat ground beef

anymore. I use the ground turkey in hamburgers, meat loaf, chili...just

about anything that you can use beef in. It's delicious, low fat, high

protein. I handle it great, never have had a problem with it, just have

to remember to chew very well.

I find that I tolerate ground turkey very well. I am almost 9 wks

out. I tried the turkey bacon and also tolerate iit very well also.

I use the gr turkey in everything that I cook for my family. and my

kids love it. I buy the butterball gr turkey. it is actually cheaper

than ground beef.

Hope this helped
