Sung to the tune of " grandma got run over by a raindeer "

Karla got run over by a trainer...

Walking through the gym on tuesday eve

Now you may think there's no real need to exercise...

But as for me and _____ (insert name here), we believe...

Couldn't resist. The subject line just struck me as funny!

Good luck to you Karla, I hope that the personal trainer can get you

on a good routine. Oh, yea, I also hope your trainer is nice to look

at while you sweat!! That always helps.
